In Order To Hack Any 📷Webcam or CCTV 

We Need to Hack Network Which Have Our Target For Example Let's Suppose 192.168.0.1 is a Defalut Getway of My Router So I Need To Hack First WiFi Then Dected Which is Webcam Now 

You Can Use Nmap For This

After Scanning Find Which Port is Open

Now Go To Your Browser and Type Your Default Getway and  webcam port 

Like 127.0.0.1:7676 In Most of Cases I Have Founded That There is No Password or If It Has A Password it is admin & admin If Password & Username is Wrong You Can Use Brute Force Or Wordlist.
